| Proposed Analysis: | We plan to investigate topological aspects of gray matter atrophy and amyloid deposition in patients with AD, MCI and healthy control. We plan to analyze data on the basis the Freesurfer cortical and subcortical parcellation (Design Killiany Atlas). We will use connectome data from a different data source to characterize each brain region via its connectivity pattern. We will then examine whether brain regions' connectivity pattern can predict the degree of atrophy and amyloid in patients. We plan to use MRI data from ADNI (atrophy) and PET from ADNIGO/2. |
