Proposed Analysis: Image analysis of brain structure in Alzheimer's disease based on Neural Network We proposed a Image Analysis method to determine development of Alzheimer's disease based on MRI series.The objective is to detect the changes of brain structure in different stages of Alzheimer's disease and to detect the situation of patients in longitudinal analysis(required healthy controls MCI AD groups in 36 months) The method include a preprocessing method of MRI which lead to find out more clearer boundary of tissues in brain and We calculate the values of predictions.we present a combination of classification and regression framework based on combination of Dense networks and recurrent neural networks for longitudinal analysis of structural MR images in ADdiagnosis. First, Densenet is constructed to learn the spatial features of MRimages for the classification. After that, recurrent Neural Networks (RNN) with cascaded three gated recurrent units layers is constructed on the outputs of CNN at multiple timepoints for extracting the longitudinal features for AD prediction and regression. Instead of independently performingfeature extraction and classifier training, the proposed method jointly learns the spatial and longitudi-nal features with disease classifier and regression method, which can achieve optimal performance.
