Proposed Analysis: | Previously, we have found that the relative difference in thickness between the gray matter of the gyri and sulci is a heritable phenotype. With these data, we wish to test whether this phenotype has clinical relevance, or more specifically whether it could be considered an "endophenotype" of various diseases. We will calculate the gyral-to-sulcal thickness ratio, then test whether it is a significant predictor of Alzheimer's Disease in the ADNI sample. |
