Proposed Analysis: | Artificial intelligence showed potential in supporting the diagnosis and treatment planning of various diseases. In this study, we will use deep learning algorithms to support the visual assessment of Tau-PET images in classifying the tau stages of the subject. The visual assessment methods of Tau-PET images are also not yet standardized and we hope to develop a standardized, useful classification method to support clinical diagnosis of Tau-PET images. We have started acquiring a small cohort of MK6240 images at our centre and hope to apply the visual assessment methods and trained networks, developed using ADNI Tau-PET data, to our data. |
