Proposed Analysis:	To investigate the biological correlates of neuropsychiatric symptoms in patients with MCI and AD. Specifically, I plan to investigate the role of underlying amyloid-beta and tau pathology (PET and autopsy), TDP-43 presence, and severity of white matter hyperintensities, in the manifestation of neuropsychiatric symptoms such as apathy and depression.
