Proposed Analysis: I would like to use the subcategory scores in Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) as multiple outcomes to study the causal effect of TAU level. There may be unobserved variable, such as family medical history, that may confound the causal relationship between TAU level and MMSE scores. My approach takes advantage of multiple outcomes confounded by the same variable to identify and estimate the causal effect of the treatment (TAU level).
