| Proposed Analysis: | We work in the Data Mining and Bioinformatics Lab (DBL)at UCSB. Our research focuses on graph mining, network analysis, and bioinformatics. Using this data, we are planning to construct brain networks and apply advanced graph mining methods for finding discriminative patterns of alzheimer's disease. |
