Proposed Analysis: | The aim is to apply machine learning approaches including deep learning to develop a predictive tool for Alzeimer's disease and to explain what specific features can better predict disease progression. The project will take incremental steps: In the first phase, this project will start with taking pre-existing approaches to replicate some of published results. From the second phase, this project will apply several state-of-the-art machine learning approaches to better predict disease progression. As the project will make progress, funding supports will be also sought to hire postdocs and PhD students. |
