| Proposed Analysis: | The heterogeneous presentations of neuropsychiatric disorders, including Alzheimer's disease, suggest that these disorders may have diverse underlying genetic and phenotypic features. Our project seeks to study these features by 1) quantifying pertinent network subtypes in large-scale whole-brain resting-state functional MRI networks in Alzheimer's disease, and 2) discovering associations between these subtypes and specific genetic regions associated with regulation of network components. |
