Proposed Analysis: Interacting functional modules of brain was mostly discovered in gray matter(GM) based on resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI), but similar technique rarely used to study white matter(WM) because of WM signals is controversial. There are still lack in information integration of WM functional networks in patients with MCI or AD.In recent years, high-order functional connectivity(HOFC) based on topological similarity have been widely used to explore information integration of multiple GM regions, which has a higher accuracy rate for dentifying patients with MCI from healthy, compared with the traditional FC. Hence,We are interested in exploring abnormalities in the WM functional connection properties(such as HOFC) at different frequencies, as well as the temporal variability of them based on fMRI in patients with MCI.This will contribute to understand of the role of functional WM in MCI, which will further facilitate our understanding about the pathogenesis of MCI.
