Proposed Analysis: | We (Wahlestedt et al) have an NIA funded grant to utilise transcriptomics to explore the relationship between human neuromuscular aging and alzheimer's disease. We have built novel models of aging and metabolic disease (Timmons, Volmar, Wahlestedt et al 2018 and 2019) and we wish to apply these gene network signatures to study differential gene expression and diagnosis in the ADNI U219 Affymetrix gene chip data. We would need access to sample gender, age, clinical diagnosis, fasting glucose and fasting insulin, insulin assay utilised and RNA RIN score to carry out our primary analysis. |
