| Proposed Analysis: | Detailed data of biomarkers from cognitive tests, tests of CSF, blood tests, and MRI/DTI/PET imaging. I aim to construct a multi-modal network which integrates these various features with three main aims: (1) to predict the biomarkers related to the development of Alzheimer’s disease, (2) to model the propagation of Alzheimer's disease in impacted individuals and (3) to estimate the likelihood of an undiagnosed individual in developing Alzheimer’s disease. |
