| Proposed Analysis: | I aim to assess differences in resting-state network connectivity comparing controls to MCI, EMCI, and LMCI. I will assess within and between network connectivity. This will serve as one of my aims on my dissertation, and will ideally also be a publication. I am requesting access to imaging data from ADNI2 and 3, as well as demographic data, so I can control for age, education, race, scanner. I would also like to request access to neuropsychological measures, so I may be able to explore RSN changes that are associated with the severity of MCI/neuropsychological profile. |
