| Proposed Analysis: | The work involves enhancement of existing computer aided diagnostic system for hippocampal sclerosis. It involves updating the hippocampus profiling protocol with structural MRI data from higher number of healthy subjects. For this purpose, we need MRI big data and ADNI is one of such cohorts having data from healthy controls. The idea is to use the data from all ADNI visits. |
