| Proposed Analysis: | I want to apply for the ADNI data to analysis the dynamic changes of fMRI brain network in the whole lifespan of AD person.By that we can track and observe the division of complex network communities of individuals in lifespan, and the changing trend of flexibility and complexity among communities, and explore the changes of aging in the dynamic level.In addition, the correlation between dynamic changes of complex networks and cognitive test scores was analyzed in combination with cognitive test tasks and scores, so as to further explain the cognitive function changes associated with aging.I also need the T1 image to register the task-fMRI and resting state fMRI with T1 as the reference. |
