| Proposed Analysis: | I am doing data science research over the summer on Alzheimer's. I would like to use the MRIs and PET to train a deep learning CNN specifically resNET. Using Grad-CAM to visualize how the algorithm makes its diagnosis. Also possible combining the MRI and PET images of the same patient using an algorithm to make fusion image to increase the accuracy of a diagnosis. |
