| Proposed Analysis: | I and my professors Fikret Gürgen and Arzucan Özgür are a research team and we are working on genetic roots of diseases. We have been working on VCF data for cancer patients and test machine learning methods. We published our work as https://doi.org/10.1186/s12859-019-2868-4. We want to apply and improve our methods on other diseases too. Alzheimer’s Disease can be our next study. Therefore we want access to the genetic data. |
