| Proposed Analysis: | This time we pretend to develop an algorithm that could be able to analyze an MCI patient's MRI and determine the probability of whether the patient is going to develop AD in the future or stay as MCI. This model will be created by using ADNI's database images from AD, MCI, and CN patients, process the images, and compare asymmetric brain structures using freesurfer, R, and Python. |
