| Proposed Analysis: | We would like to utilize the recent developed F-xel-based analysis (FBA) to investigate the alterations in white matter (WM) microstructures induced by MCI and AD, including the longitudinal changes, the association between microstructures and amyloid B, and moreover, investigate the predictive power of the WM microstructures in MCI-to-AD conversion.
