| Proposed Analysis: | We will use high-resolution structural MRI and resting ASL data to attempt to replicate the results of a previous study, "Arterial spin labeled MRI in prodromal Alzheimer's disease: A multi-site study". We will process images using SPM8 and FSL and attempt to identify other meta-regions of interest other than the ones used by this previous study. We hope to be able to create a perfusion connectivity map to see progression of the disease. |
