| Proposed Analysis: | Sleep disorders is one of the common clinical symptoms of Alzheimer's disease.Increasing evidence shows the interaction between AD and sleep disorders.Sleep disorders plays an important role in the development of the occurrence of AD.The pathogenesis of AD at the same time also result in degeneration of sleep related pathways and cause sleep disorders.We intend to use resting functional MRI to analyze brain functional connections in mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease patients with or without sleep disorders and to preliminarily understand the neuroimaging characteristics of mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease with sleep disorders and discuss the mechanism characteristics of cognitive network loss in mild to moderate AD with sleep disorders. |
