| Proposed Analysis: | We are aiming to discover the genetic underpinnings of Alzheimers Disease (AD). In particular, multimodal data, e.g., brain imaging, physiology, will be integrated for a better understanding of disease etiology. Furthermore, an integrative intelligence system for estimating AD risks will be built, where genetics, imaging, EHRs will be all integrated by advanced machine learning techniques. |
