Proposed Analysis: We proposed a powerful method, causal ball screening to select confounders in the observational study. We want to apply our method to the Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative study and estimate the causal effect of tau protein level in cerebrospinal fluid on Alzheimer's behavioral score while accounting for ultra high dimensional genetic covariates.
