Proposed Analysis: We aim to use longitudinal imaging data to predict the onset of Alzheimer's disease in the mild cognitive impairment stage itself. For this analysis, we plan to integrate features extracted from multiple modalities (structural, functional and diffusion imaging) and feed it to a machine learning model. Some features we will emphasize on include functional connectivity measures, hippocampus volume and cortical thickness. We also plan on using recursive feature elimination to see which features contribute maximally to the diagnosis.
