| Proposed Analysis: | We have built up a cohort of geriatric subjects who had surgery and collected their CSF sample for analysis of biomarker of postoperative neurocognitive dysfunction (PND). We would like to compare the CSF biomarkers including Aß40, Aß42, t-tau, p-tau level and Aß/tau ratios between elder subjects who had surgery and elder subjects who do not need surgery (normal control). Thus, we would like to apply for access to the data of adults of normal cognition aged 60-75 years in the ADNI database. These data will be used as normal control to compare with the investigation cohort (having surgery). |
