Proposed Analysis: | The ADNI dataset will be used to build a toolbox for combining multimodal neuroimaging data for construction of predictive models. This project was initially formulated as part of the NeuroHackademy Hackathon. The aim of the project is to combine functional connectivity, structural connectivity, and anatomical imaging(e.g., FLAIR) indexing pathology to generate robust models predictive of cognition in memory-impaired individuals with varying levels of dysfunction. The overall goal of the project is to build a python based toolbox that can be used for predicting clinical phenotypes in diverse clinical populations. |
