Proposed Analysis: | We will utilize an imaging program that is cloud-based and combines data from machine learning, the Human Connectome Project, and rs-fMRI, creating individualized connectomic mapping and parcellation of brain structures to an unprecedented level of precision. We plan to use this technology to 1.) measure functional connectivity between predefined ROIs in normal controls, mild cognitive impairment, and Alzheimer's disease in an effort to determine large scale brain network degeneration between these groups and provide evidence for a potential imaging biomarker for progression 2.) correlate large scale brain network dysfunction with specific neuropsychological deficits |
