| Proposed Analysis: | First, we aim to examine if biomarkers related to cognitive impairment and Alzheimer’s diseases, namely BDNF, CRP, AB-42, Tau, and p-Tau, have significantly different levels in MCI compared to healthy controls , specifically in the ADNI cohort. Second, we investigate if there are significant associations between BDNF and hs-CRP, AB-42, Tau, and p-Tau. Third, to determine if there are significant associations between the biomarkers with neurocognitive tests and neuroimaging measures, in separate regression models, controlling for other biomarkers. |
