| Proposed Analysis: | Fusing multimodal data containing MRI, PET, and SNPs using Machine Learning and Neural Networks in an interpretable way. This means that not only we want to accurately diagnose Dementia but also find out the data source which is most crucial for our decision. We also want to test our method in an Anamoly detection setup, where the subjects with Dementia are considered as anomaly whereas the rest of the subjects are considered nominal. |
