| Proposed Analysis: | My name is Brandon Allgood and I am the SVP of Data Science & AI at Integral Health, a stealth AI driven pharmaceutical company in Boston. We are currently working on a tau vaccine and are interested in using ADNI study data to help us design a clinical trial to increase the likelihood of enrolling responders. I have read the Data Use Agreement and web-site. My question is how should we interpret the statement that "ADNI data may not be used for commercial products or redistributed in any way." We have no intention of commercializing the data or including the data in a commercial product. Does use of this data to inform a clinical trial design constitute in your mind "used for commercial products"? Your help on this would be greatly appreciated. |
