| Proposed Analysis: | We intend to apply dynamic graph neural networks to the prediction and differentiation of AD from MCI. At the successful completion of this project, expected outcomes include the differentiation of MCI from AD at the early stage, and an early discrimination between different types of patients based on diagnostic and prognostic imaging biomarkers derived from structural MRI and functional PET-MRI. |
