| Proposed Analysis: | We extracted genomic DNA from blood of alzheimer patients and normal comparators. We are detecting Single Nucleotide Variants between alzheimer patients and normal comparators using Next Generation Sequencer(NGS). We understand etiology and pathology of dementia through genetic big data and apply this to diagnosis of dementia and development of treatment. If we can assess ADNI data, it will help us to develop more reliable model by external validation. |
