| Proposed Analysis: | Temporal prediction of white matter volume degeneration using neural networks. We first want to segment the volume of white matter. Then we would like to pursue a statistical study of the parameters having a role correlated with the degradation. The selection of the model will surely have to be refined because it depends very much on the nature of the data. Finally, we would like to predict the evolution of the degeneration with deep learning methods. We do not just want to predict the volume but the three-dimensional shape. |
