| Proposed Analysis: | Using recent methods in template ICA (Mejia, https://arxiv.org/pdf/2005.13388.pdf, Dr. Mejia is a collaborator on this project), we will examine resting-state data within the ADNI data set to further investigate the AD disease signature within these data. These data will support a grant submission on advanced statistical methods investigating signatures of neurodegeneration. Access is being requested for raw MRI data as to process in our innovative Bayesian statistical pipeline, which requires original time-series data and structural data. |
