| Proposed Analysis: | We are aiming to construct a brain network, select appropriate features and finally establish a classification model,so as to classify the brain network between normal people and Alzheimer's patients.Firstly, preprocess the data to complete the brain network construction; secondly, extract brain network attribute values in the brain network; thirdly, the support vector machine will be use to train the data.We will select the optimal threshold parameters are for each network attribute value. Finally, the eigenvectors will be trained by support vector machine. Through the analysis of data and comparison with existing methods, the effectiveness of brain network classification in mild cognitive impairment dataset will be verified. |
