| Proposed Analysis: | Hello, I seek to have access to ADNI data in order to carry out my Masters dissertation project. I intend to propose an Explainable Multi-source machine learning approach for the diagnosis of the Alzheimer disease and its clinical spectrum. I plan to use as biomarkers images, genetic data and blood data, if available. The main approach will be to aggregate data from different sources, and execute the diagnosis, explaining which variables led to the current outcome. |
