| Proposed Analysis: | The main objectives of the proposed work are: 1. To analyse the performance of existing state of the art segmentation techniques and image enhancement techniques for segmentation of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) brain lesions to explore the best one for Magnetic resonance (MR) images. 2. To develop an improved MR image enhancement technique. 3. To propose a new segmentation technique for segmentation of Multiple Sclerosis brain lesions from MR images. 4. To test and validate the proposed techniques in comparison to existing state of the art techniques both quantitatively and qualitatively. |
