Proposed Analysis:	We plan to investgate the metabolism process in Alzheimer's diaease(AD), and explore the possibility of ketones as the primary energetic substrates of degenerated neurons under the toxicity of amyloid beta. The cerebrospinal fluid data from AD patients will be used as references.
