Proposed Analysis: We have read several methodological articles published by Professor Sheng Luo* that use multiple longitudinal outcomes and survival data to predict the dynamics of Alzheimer's disease (Computational statistics & data analysis 129, pp. 14–29; Statistics in medicine 36 (22), pp. 3560–3572; Statistics in medicine 38 (24), pp. 4804–4818; etc.). The generation and application of these methods were all based on ADNI data. We hope to apply for the original data of ADNI for method comparison and application extension. This is closely related to our research, Statistical Methodology of Functional Mixed Effects Model for Trajectory Analysis in Life-course Longitudinal Cohort. We hope to understand the data characteristics of ADNI data, determine the correlation between multiple longitudinal outcomes, and study the application of the functional longitudinal data analysis methods proposed above. If possible, we will apply these dynamic prediction methods based on ADNI data to the field of cancer research, using the information provided by multiple longitudinal markers to dynamically predict the outcome of cancer.
