| Proposed Analysis: | We'd like to take part in the TADPOLE challenge that requires ADNI data access. We developed a method based on the state-of-the-art deep learning algorithms to classify AD/MCI/NC and also predict the longitudinal change of the AD and MCI patients but lack the training and validation dataset. We hope we can leverage rich and well-organized ADNI data to achieve state-of-the-art accuracy. |
