Proposed Analysis: | We are developing machine learning models that combine clinical data (e.g. ADOS-COG, CDR, FAQ) with other biomarkers (e.g. CSF, NFL, Amyloid) to develop diagnostic and prognostic models for MCI and dementia. The key innovation in these ML models is direct inclusion of repeatability constraints during model training. That is, our aim is to develop biomarker composites that are repeatable and provide diagnostic and prognostic value. The aim is to combine data across the three databases (AIBL, ADNI, and ADNIDOD) to enrich our datasets during model training. |
