Proposed Analysis: | In the following study we will use structural Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scans to examine the effect of diabetes and hypertension on the brain structure. The voxel-wise structural analysis will be performed to identify the brain regions that exhibit the highest degree of atrophy and are therefore most affected by these conditions. In addition to the structural changes we’re also interested in exploring the perfusion differences in these population by examining the Arterial Spin Labeling (ASL) MRI scans. Finally, we will explore the correlation between the structural atrophy and perfusion changes caused by two conditions. |

Proposed Analysis: | We will use resting state fMRI and arterial spin labeling MRI neuroimaging data to investigate within-AD and between-clinical group differences. |
