| Proposed Analysis: | In my Master's degree (M.Sc. in Neurocognitive Psychology) I am currently doing a practical project under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Andrea Hildebrandt and Xinyang Liu at the Department for Psychological Methods and Statistics at the Carl-von-Ossietzky University Oldenburg (Germany). For this project, I want to model the change over time in biomarkers (esp. use of PET data of Tau deposition (18F-AV-1451) and Amyloid deposition (Florbetapir, Florbetaben)) as well as cognitive aspects (memory: Logical Memory Test I & II, RAVLT; "Cognitive resilience": years of education, verbal IQ (using ANART), daily activities questionnaire; general cognition: ADAS-Cog., MMSE, CDR; "non-memory": executive functions TMT A&B, Clock drawing) using latent change score models/latent growth curve models.
