| Proposed Analysis: | In the study, we will perform a genome-wide network-assisted pathway analysis for hippocampus study in AD. An AD dataset cohort from Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) will be analyzed, including genotyping data and phenotypes. The protein-protein interaction network was downloaded from the Human Protein Reference Database (HPRD). The algorithm was conducted to analyze the GWAS result of the phenotypes. Our objective was to identify novel genetic loci from the objective subnetworks enriched by the GWAS findings, which may provide valuable biological insights and high confidence candidates for unveiling the genetic drivers of the onset and progression of complex disease.
