| Proposed Analysis: | I aim to develop a generative adversarial network (GAN) machine learning solution to generate myelin signal containing images from MRI images. The goal is to aid in the investigation of myelin hypotheses in AD research without requiring PET images to be recorded. To this end I need PET and DTI/MRI data of amyloid negative patients to teach the network how to generate myelin signal from only DTI data. |
