| Proposed Analysis: | I am currently a third year Ph.D. student at the University of Georgia. My research interest is about applying deep learning algorithms to fMRI data. However, generally, fMRI datasets are small and imbalanced. So I consider leveraging transfer learning and some other image generation techniques such as GAN. To improve the performance, I would like to borrow some information from other big fMRI datasets, aiming to make my pre-trained model closer to the target domain. |
