Proposed Analysis:	Our lab's main focus is to develop and validate image processing analysis methods. We have used MPRAGE from ADNI-1 and ADNI-2 to evaluate brain extraction methods in the past. In the current proposed analysis, we have developed white matter hyperintense segmentation algorithm from multiple sclerosis cohorts. We would like to apply the technique in the AD and elderly controls and compare to multiple sclerosis cohort.
