| Proposed Analysis: | Human-trained standards have been murky especially for neurodegenerative diseases. Hence, there is an active research going on to discover stage-specific biomarker. However, advent of AI and performance computing may have allowed to discover implicit patterns. Where multi-omics datasets are, there is a model that can explain the progression of neurodegenerative disease. Using unsupervised self-learning algorithm, I am planning to construct the model that can output the stages. |
