| Proposed Analysis: | we are going to develop a new dynamic model to study witch features (based on demographic, clinical, s-MRI, PET scan, CSF) is correlated with dynamic changes of disease progression (MCI and Alzheimer's disease) and based on this findings optimize our model to find new biomarkers for pathophysiological stages of disease progression. Also we want to use clustering analysis to find new subgroups for disease progression. |
