Proposed Analysis: | Dear ADNI Executive Committee, I am submitting an online application to get approval for access to ADNI data. Currently, we conducted a longitudinal follow-up study in Taiwan and used a data-driven trajectory analysis to examine the influence of these AD risk genes on the age at the midpoint of cognitive decline and the rate of cognitive decline in the Han Chinese population. Our article has been submitted to a journal and has been reviewed by two anonymous reviewers. The reviewers provided a suggestion that we may retrieve related data from the ADNI data set, and may use this data set as an independent validation population for our results. We would cite and acknowledge the use of ADNI data and the related supporting groups in our revised article. It will be greatly appreciated if the Data Publication and Sharing Committee approve the access of data set.
